EAC comprises two strategic businesses, a food & beverage business in Venezuela (Plumrose) and a moving & relocations business (Santa Fe). Santa Fe provides a broad range of service offerings within moving, value-added relocation and records management to corporate and individual clients in Asia, Australia and the Middle East – and to the rest of the world through a global network of partners.

Interdean Holdings Limited is Europe’s leading relocation services company. Headquartered in the UK, Interdean offers relocation and move management from at total of 48 offices with 1,200 employees in 35 countries across Western and Eastern Europe, Russia and Central Asia.

The acquisition doubles Santa Fe's revenue and significantly strengthens its position as a leading provider of moving, relocation and records management services in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and now Europe. The expanded geographical platform offers considerable competitive advantages by providing one-stop solutions to international corporate customers and major growth synergies are available by leveraging Santa Fe's sophisticated service solutions and concepts. The acquisition is an important step forward in the overall strategy of turning EAC’s two businesses into independent, listed companies.

Interdean will be the second acquisition by EAC in less than 7 months and the fourth major transaction in a year.
